Cottage Series Floor Plans Online 10/22/2008

The Cottage Series floor plans for Bloomstone's efficient Budget-friendly units are now available for viewing online. These homes will be constructed in Phase 1A and can be uniquely accessed online through the Community Plat Map's individual lots as well as under the Cottage Series information.

The Cottage series will have quality built homes ranging from 1268 to 1480 sq. ft. in size
with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as 2-car attached garages. Each of the 6 models available will have 4 different front elevations to choose from as well as reversed floor plans to add variety and an individual "look" in a balanced neighborhood. Reservations are being taken now by Bruce Tulloch, director of marketing. Formal buy-sell contracts will be available upon Final Plat Approval by the City of Kalispell.

The Kalispell National Investment Company (KNIC) is committed to building quality homes well within financial reach of today's consumers wishing to move up into homes that accomodate growing families and folks wishing to begin home ownership or downsize into more manageable living spaces. Town homes and apartment buildings will offer commercial opportunities to investors. Condominiums will complete the home offerings in this development.

Floor plans for the intermediate size homes in the Craftsman Series (Phase 1A)  and the largest homes in the Artisan Series (Phase 2) will go online as they are available. Town home floor plans should be online soon.


 

  

Bloomstone Builder & Developer enter Skyview Estates home in 2008 Parade of Homes. 8/13/2008

Bloomstone's builder, James Rhodes of Pointe Arbor Design & Build, and developers Bill Wynne and Denny Weinberg have constructed spectacular homes in Lower Valley's Skyview Estates. The home constructed on lot #15 was entry #12 in the Flathead Valley's 2008 Parade of Homes September 5, 6 & 7. Completion of the home on lot #19 is expected by the end of October. Both homes are listed with Montana Land and Home. Bloomstone Grows Biologically 6/11/2008

Two new baby daughters have been added to the Bloomstone Team. Congratulations to both families.

1. Greg and Laura Lukasik welcomed Kylie Susanne to their family on May 20. Kylie blessed her family arriving at 10:07 p.m. weighing 6 lbs. 8 oz and 20" long. Greg is our development engineer with Morrison Maierle.

2. Jim and Nykole Davis welcomed Caprilee Marquis to their family on June 7. Caprilee blessed her family arriving at 6:20 p.m. weighing 7 lbs. 3 oz. and 20" long. Jim is our Senior Project Manager. Proud grandparents are Denny and Allyson Weinberg. Denny is the chairman of KNIC, Kalispell National Investment Company, the Developer for the Bloomstone project.

Bloomstone Sponsors Diamondbacks at Kidsports 5/17/2008

Bloomstone is honored to sponsor the Pee Wee Baseball Minor League team, the Diamondbacks, led by veteran coach Dennis Venturini. The Diamondbacks play ball at the Kalispell Youth Sports Fields which are located at the Kidsports Complex located on Bloomstone's eastern boundary. Two sizes of single family homes will be constructed along the boundary of Kidsports and will continue up the terraced topography climaxing with condominiums scheduled for Phase 5 construction of the project. Photos of these fine young baseball players is in the Kidsports gallery section of the website, as well as the expansive views from the top of Bloomstone.

Kalispell City Council Grants Preliminary Plat Approval 4/22/2008

Great News!!  As of 4-22-2008 Bloomstone's first phase of 185 living units has received it's preliminary plat approval from the City of Kalispell - and, financing is now in hand to commence the construction of streets and associated infrastructure! To date, Treeline Road has been constructed (and paved) into Bloomstone's northern region, branching off Reserve Loop between Glacier High School and Costco.  This will be Bloomstone's primary entrance. Signage is in the works! Planned are 3 sizes of single family homes (3 bedroom, 2 bath 2-car garage), two level townhouses and  8-plex apartments (which may be spoken for already...more on that later!)  Soon you will be able to run your cursor over each lot to see what the assigned homes will look like, floor plans, specs and interior options. As you will see, Bloomstone is Redefining Value - Quality, Affordability and Convenience!
